If I had a 13-year-old daughter who was drugged and raped, the penalty for the rapist would be death... even if the State won't inflict that penalty.
I have two teenage nieces. I have thought about this.

Have any of the Hollyweird idoits read the testimony transcript? Absolutely shocking. OK, maybe the girl wasn't perfect. Sure there are societies-cultures that reason a thirteen year old is ready for adulthood. But neither of these facts have anything to do with a loser like Polanski plying a young girl with alcohol and drugs, and forcing himself on her. If it were my 16 year-old he'd done this to, I'd happily do the time for what I would do to him.
